About Jobrona
Jobrona applies to jobs for people who would rather spend their time on interviews than on forms. It works only with what is true in their CV.
What we hold to
- An application says only what is true. Every sentence of a resume or an answer comes from a fact the person gave us and is checked before it is used.
- People see what was sent in their name. Every application keeps the exact copy: the resume, the answers, the cover letter.
- Automation respects the other side. We never get around captchas or anti-bot checks, and an employer can refuse automated applications.
- Data belongs to the person. Export it or delete the account in Settings at any time. We do not sell it.
How it works inside
Jobrona reads the public job boards of companies every day and drops closed postings, duplicates and fake jobs. It matches jobs to a person's facts with hard filters for country, right to work and salary, and writes resumes and answers with language models that never see the person's name or contacts.
For employers
Employers post jobs for free and choose whether automated applications reach them.
