Responsibilities - Deliver top-notch customer service through chat, email, and phone to our valued Dutch-speaking clients. - Resolve queries and concerns with a friendly and professional approach. - Guide customers in navigating our products and services, enhancing their gaming experience. - Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain an outstanding level of service. - Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. - Collect and share customer feedback to help shape better service experiences. - Participate in engaging training sessions to boost both your product knowledge and service skills.
