Requirements What we're looking for - 5 to 10 years of operations management experience, ideally in technology-driven or industrial settings. - Experience launching new offerings or establishing operations in a fast-moving company. - A record of managing, training and developing shift-based teams. - Comfort working hands-on alongside equipment, operators and customer staff. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from the ground up. - Based in Austin, Texas. - Willingness to travel out of state for extended on-site stays at customer locations.
