Spanish-Speaking Technical Support Specialist - BUD

Location: Budapest Work arrangement: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Do you speak Spanish fluently and enjoy solving problems and helping customers? We are looking for Spanish-speaking colleagues to join an international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a well-known consumer technology brand and help them with product-related questions and everyday technical issues. What will you do? - Provide professional customer support in Spanish - Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues - Understand the customer's problem and guide them towards the right solution - Support customers with basic troubleshooting - Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems - Cooperate with other teams when further assistance is required - Ensure a professional and positive customer experience Requirements What are we looking for? - Fluent Spanish language skills - Confident English communication skills - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Customer-focused and patient approach - Interest in technology and willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of an international team Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage.
