We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at Constance Moofushi, a luxury resort in the Maldives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our world-class spa facility. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest service whilst supporting our spa therapists and contributing to a welcoming, tranquil environment for all our guests. - Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered seasonal treatment promotions - Understands the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgably with guests - Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events - Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa and Gym - Maintaining cleanliness, the entire Spa Areas during opening hours and closing of the Spa - Maintaining cleanliness, the Gym areas as well as the Yoga Pavilion - Handling the Linen movements from Spa to Laundry as per Policy - Maintain a high standard of appearance & personal hygiene as per the standard. - Ensure a flawless set up of the assigned areas for guest comfort. - Be knowledgeable in amenity products to guide guests accordingly. - Be knowledgeable in the spa journey and interact within the same guiding the guest to saunas, wet areas and other related areas. - As per outlined standards ensure par stock of towels, slippers, robes etc. and having the same prepared thereafter. - Set up, present and serve drinks as per outlined standards and be knowledgeable of the properties of the same. - Ensure areas of responsibility are always up to standard before welcoming any guest in to the same or handing over area to fellow colleague and act on any discrepancies. - Be present and actively take part in meetings and training that is given by Management - Ensure assistance in areas of the spa, attention to detail and able to arrange spa items in decorative manner. - To maintain inventory of supplies for the operation of spa - Courtesy to guest and other members of staff at all times. - Proactively offer assistance to all spa guests when necessary. - Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. - Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time. - Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. - Assist in Weekly (Monday) unloading (if requested by reporting authority) - Spa treatments /Yoga knowledge is advantage, to be perform if operation is busy - Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction • Strong communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are highly desirable • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills • Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Reliable time-keeping and professional demeanour • Demonstrated people skills and empathetic approach to guest interactions • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, or hospitality operations is desirable - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred • Flexibility and adaptability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in spa and hospitality settings • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs WORK WITH CONSTANCE 🌿 Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. - We believe in continuous learning and growth to help our teams achieve their full potential. - A strong family spirit is part of our identity, we support and care for one another. - We offer international career opportunities, allowing you to develop within a renowned luxury hospitality group. - Our passion for luxury hospitality is reflected in every detail of the guest experience. - We are committed to environmental and societal contributions, integrating sustainability into everything we do. 🌿We want our team members to feel valued and supported, offering a work environment that encourages excellence, personal growth, and cultural diversity.
