Associate / Senior Associate - Investor Services

Primary Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact for Clients and Investors as it relates to transfer agency matters. - Responsible for processing investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for your client’s book. - Review of due diligence documents and liaise with investors/clients for missing KYC and work in conjunction with our KYC team on your client book at investment stage. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades. - Ensure release of trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by agreed deadline. - Maintain of shareholder files and investor records. - Be Client focused and strive to provide excellence in the service to Investors, internal and external Clients. - Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration operations role is preferred but not essential. - Excellent communication skills and a truly client servicing mindset. - Excellent attention to detail. - Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork Committed to self-improvement. - Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under high pressure. - Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines. - Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) - Fluent in English, fluency in any other language would be advantageous.
