Privé Salon is growing—and we’re looking for our next leader. We are currently hiring for both Manager and Assistant Manager roles, with flexibility for part-time or full-time, depending on experience, strengths, and alignment. What You’ll Do Depending on experience and role placement, responsibilities may include: Guest Experience - Ensure every guest has a seamless experience from check-in to checkout - Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism - Support and elevate front desk operations Team Leadership - Lead by example and help set the tone for culture, energy, and standards - Communicate expectations clearly and consistently - Support coaching, accountability, and team development Operations & Organization - Help manage daily salon flow, scheduling, and team support - Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment - Support systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes operations Business Performance - Support retail recommendations and guest education - Help drive key metrics like prebooking, retention, and overall guest satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement and take action Compensation & Growth - Assistant Manager: starting at $20/hour - Manager: starting at $25/hour Final role placement and compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit.
