Key Responsibilities - Assist Danish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to entertainment services, including event bookings, activities, and recommendations. - Deliver exemplary customer support through multiple communication channels, efficiently answering questions and resolving issues. - Utilize your knowledge of the entertainment landscape to offer personalized recommendations that cater to client preferences. - Manage and process reservations with precision, ensuring all bookings are communicated clearly to clients. - Stay updated on industry trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance client interactions. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot customer concerns and improve service delivery. - Gather customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance the services offered.
