Responsibilities - Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. - Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues with care and efficiency. - Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Accurately document each client interaction in the CRM system for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and improve overall customer experience. - Identify process improvement opportunities based on client feedback and discussions. - Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
