This role is based in Athens, Greece, and is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic sector while delivering excellent service to clients. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management. - Handle complex customer issues and resolve complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain extensive knowledge of company offerings, energy solutions, and industry regulations. - Document all customer interactions thoroughly for compliance and service improvement. - Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers. - Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex customer issues. - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - A basic understanding of the energy sector and its dynamics is an advantage.
