Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality support to end users in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking. - Provide user training and guidance on effectively using various applications and systems. - Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements to processes. - Ensure follow-up with users to confirm resolution of their issues and satisfaction with the support provided. - Stay informed about new technological developments to enhance service delivery.
