Responsibilities - Assist Finnish-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone with their online shopping queries. - Deliver detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience. - Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and professionalism. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction. - Keep abreast of product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information. - Document customer interactions thoroughly for follow-up and quality assurance. - Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues. Requirements - Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail or e-commerce context. - A passion for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping preferences. - Able to build rapport with customers and provide effective and empathetic support. - Familiarity with customer service technologies and e-commerce platforms. - Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing various inquiries efficiently. - A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
