Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications. - Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order processing, returns, and payment methods. - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency. - Accurately manage and process customer orders from start to finish. - Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and company procedures. - Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer service experience. - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate follow-up.
