Questions about payment
What counts toward the daily limit?
An application counts when it is sent and confirmed by a success screen or email. Failed attempts, applications waiting for your answer and jobs you apply to yourself do not count toward the daily limit.
Is there a lifetime limit?
No. Free includes up to 200 applications each day; Pro includes up to 1,000 each day.
What happens when I reach my daily limit?
Applications wait until the next day and then continue automatically. You can choose a lower daily limit in Settings.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel in Plan and payment: access ends immediately. The unused time of the latest paid period is refunded to the original card, rounded down to cents and capped at the amount paid.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe processes card payments. Invoices and the card are in the Stripe customer portal, linked from Settings. Crypto prepayments are processed by NOWPayments on its hosted checkout page.
