Your Role As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat. You will: - Represent Mercedes-Benz in a professional and customer-focused way - Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics - Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently - Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience - Turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences Requirements We’re looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.
