Requirements - Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous. - Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities. - Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities. - Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential. - Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement. - Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment characterized by evolving guidelines. - Must be prepared to relocate to Malta and engage positively within a collaborative team framework.
