About the job
About the company
Our client is a healthcare company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a clinic-based pulmonary practice, seeing a full schedule of patients while guiding a small team of mid-level clinicians and support staff. The position is entirely office-based, with no hospital or intensive care responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with lung conditions in a busy clinic setting.
- Provide clinical oversight to two or more advanced practice providers.
- Direct day-to-day clinic support staff and help run special care initiatives.
- Build working partnerships with area referring physicians.
- Help ensure steady physician presence and continuity for the clinic over the long term.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary medicine credentials and a solid history of treating patients.
- A current medical license in Georgia, or a clear path to securing one.
- Residing near the clinic, or fully committed to moving to the area; remote travel-in and locum coverage are not suitable.
- Comfort handling a volume of 20 or more patient visits each day.
- Readiness to supervise two or more mid-level clinicians.
- Strong communication skills and real enthusiasm for patient care and diagnosis.
- Interest in applying technology to how care is delivered.
- A true preference for ambulatory work over hospital-based or intensive care practice.
