Technical Product Lead

About the company Our client is a healthcare technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own what gets built and how, combining hands-on engineering with product leadership. You will work directly with users, set the roadmap and ship AI-powered features, while guiding a small engineering group and partnering daily with senior leadership. What you'll do - Speak with customers regularly to decide what to build, why it matters and how to approach it. - Write and ship production code every day as a hands-on individual contributor. - Lead a small, highly autonomous engineering group that works alongside AI tools. - Own the product roadmap and set the standard for product quality and user experience. - Partner closely with executive leadership to turn customer demand into shipped product. - Act as your own product manager, designer and user researcher. Requirements What we're looking for - At least 2 years as a professional software engineer in industry, excluding internships and technical program management. - Currently writes and ships production code. - Has shipped an LLM-powered feature to real users and uses AI coding tools daily. - At least 1 year in a genuine product management role where you owned what was built. - A self-initiated project you built without being asked, outside of work or coursework. - A university degree in a computing-related discipline. - Roughly 3 to 6 years of overall experience and readiness to step into leading a team, possibly for the first time. Bonus points - Moved from software engineering into product within the same company. Benefits Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 180,000 to 260,000 per year - Equity Location and work model - New York, NY, United States - On-site, 5 days per week in office - Full-time
