Senior Business Analyst(mandarin speaker)(i-Gaming industry experience)

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end business analysis across i-Gaming products and initiatives. - Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. - Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and risks are proactively addressed. - Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines. - Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies. - Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance. - Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements. - Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives. Requirements Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in the i-Gaming industry. - Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively. - Strong understanding of i-Gaming platforms, user flows, and regulatory considerations. - Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or similar. - Skilled in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication. - Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies. Nice to Have: - Experience with UX/UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq). - Background in data analytics or SQL.
