Responsibilities - Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers across various social media platforms, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Monitor social media channels to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users. - Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of communications with brand messaging. - Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Assist in creating engaging social media content that resonates with the Dutch-speaking audience. - Stay updated on social media best practices and trends to provide informed support and insights.
