Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking gamers, promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they face. - Engage with players via multiple communication channels including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring smooth and enjoyable interactions. - Accurately document player interactions in our CRM system, compiling feedback to inform future enhancements. - Analyze player feedback and trends to provide actionable insights for improving the overall gaming experience. - Work closely with game developers to communicate player feedback and advocate for necessary game adjustments. - Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and industry developments to maintain engaging conversations with players. - Participate actively in team meetings to share insights and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere. Requirements - Fluency in Finnish and English with great verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in customer service, especially within the gaming industry, is a plus. - A passion for gaming along with an understanding of gamer culture and preferences. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address and resolve player issues. - Experience with CRM tools or similar customer support systems. - Detail-oriented and well-organized, with an ability to manage various inquiries simultaneously. - Proactive and enthusiastic, dedicated to ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for all players.
