Responsibilities - Offer high-quality support to French-speaking corporate clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. - Respond to customer inquiries related to corporate accounts, product details, and service issues effectively and efficiently. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs with professionalism and care. - Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to ensure they receive optimal value and satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and comprehensive reporting. - Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. - Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and actively contribute to quality assurance initiatives. Requirements - Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service, ideally in a corporate or B2B setting. - Strong understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showing a commitment to customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in customer service software, as well as familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced work environment. - Willingness to be flexible in working hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
