Responsibilities - Serve as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat channels. - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and deliver detailed information about our products and services. - Keep precise records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy to provide accurate and helpful information. - Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction. - Assist in mentoring new hires by sharing your customer service expertise and best practices.
