What You'll Be Doing Recruiting is a mix of sales, relationship-building, research, and problem-solving. You'll spend your days: Connecting with professionals over the phone, through LinkedIn, and through other recruiting channels. Learning about different industries, companies, and career opportunities. Building relationships with candidates and helping them explore new opportunities. Identifying and reaching out to people who could be a great fit for our clients. Managing multiple conversations, relationships, and recruiting projects.
