Human Resources Specialist (Bucharest, Romania)

Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the development of recruitment strategies, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄interviewing, and reference checks. - Help organize and attend recruitment events, providing logistical and administrative support to enhance talent acquisition efforts. - Enhance the onboarding experience by assisting in developing structured orientation programs, integrating feedback loops to continuously improve processes. Employee Recognition & Engagement: - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR related matters. - Support managers in addressing employee performance and conduct issues. - Assist in creating initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. - Help collect and manage employee feedback through surveys and assist with follow-up actions. Benefits Administration: - Assist with benefits enrolment processes and coordinate with third-party benefits providers. - Provide administrative support in gathering data for compensation benchmarking and assist HR leadership in reviewing compensation structures.
