Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the delivery of product capabilities spanning user interfaces, services and deployment within a compact engineering group. The work is hands-on and loosely defined, with substantial architectural ownership and a voice in product direction.
What you'll do
- Deliver complete product capabilities from interface to services, including some infrastructure and deployment tasks.
- Design and automate backend systems that handle large volumes of changing data.
- Take part in roadmap discussions and speak with users to inform what gets built next.
- Plan for unusual scenarios and failure modes, and build dependable solutions for complicated business software environments.
- Work at a rapid pace in a small team where autonomy and trust are high.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- A track record of launching business-facing software end to end, ideally at a growing company or startup.
- Strong skills in TypeScript and React.
- Comfort handling ambiguity and shifting priorities across both frontend and backend work.
- Some hands-on exposure to AI or machine learning tooling or integrations.
- Motivation to take real ownership in an intense, early-stage setting.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 225,000 per year
