Customer Service Representative - Shaw (No Exp Required)

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing retail account in Shaw, Mandaluyong City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution - Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience - Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Requirements - Completed at least Senior High School, 1st year in college, 2-year vocational/associate degree with or without experience OR - HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1 year of BPO experience - Must be conversant in both spoken and written English - Amenable to work fully on-site in Shaw, Mandaluyong City - Amenable to work on shifting schedule - Can start ASAP Benefits - Free HMO - Free Dependents - Night Differential - Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
