Digital Content Specialist (Hubspot)

Location: Ortigas Work set up: Hybrid / Remote work may be offered based on good work performance We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to support content management and digital marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing digital content across websites and platforms. Key Responsibilities - Manage, organize, and maintain website and digital content. - Support content migration between websites and platforms. - Manage content tagging, keywords, categories, and metadata. - Work with HubSpot Content Hub to create, organize, update, and maintain content. - Support day-to-day digital marketing and content operations. - Ensure content is accurate, properly structured, and consistently organized. - Apply basic SEO principles to website content. - Manage large volumes of content while maintaining strong attention to detail. - Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support website and content initiatives. Requirements - Must have at least 2 years’ experience in content management, digital marketing, and content operations. - Must have at least 2 years Hands-on experience with HubSpot Content Hub is highly preferred. - Must have experience with website/content migration and content organization. - Familiarity with tagging, keywords, metadata, and basic SEO. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of digital content. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Heavy content-writing experience and experience in content management and digital operations
