Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Delaware Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary A full-time telehealth opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Delaware. This position is suited for a clinician with experience addressing complex family dynamics, marital concerns, and individual mental health needs. The work includes managing an outpatient caseload, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and helping clients make lasting changes in how they communicate, manage emotions, and approach personal challenges. Responsibilities - Manage an assigned caseload and conduct regular virtual counseling appointments. - Examine family dynamics, relationship histories, and underlying factors contributing to clients' difficulties. - Use evidence-based interventions to address marital conflict, parenting challenges, and emotional distress. - Establish measurable clinical objectives and track progress throughout treatment.
