Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support • Win7/Win XP OS support. Troubleshooting • Office 2003/2007/2010 support • Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. • Remote take-over skills a plus.
