Project end date may differ based on the how the project progresses and the needs of the final key deliverable Collaborate with HR business partners to identify business requirements •Document, confirm and communicate requirements with business owners, IT and other supporting organizations Act as a liaison to the systems development team Assist in the deployment of new/enhanced HR technology solutions Provide tactical direction on Human Capital Management (Oracle R12) product functionality as well as support ancillary HR technologies.
