We are seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Associate- Lion's Den Café located at our Welcome Center, to join our dedicated Café staff! You will assist with guest orders, serving, prepping, food service, and cleaning in our professional Café/Kitchen. Must be available to work Full-Time including weekends. Excellent Pay and Benefits! Responsibilities: - Cashier duties - Stock/Inventory - Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions - Follow standard ordering and communicate special diet orders - Operate standard Café equipment safely and efficiently - Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes - Clean and maintain Café equipment, utensils, and overall Restaurant - Work as a team to serve our guests while providing excellent customer service Qualifications: - Previous experience in cooking, restaurants, food service, or other related fields: Preferred but no required. - Strong attention to detail - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in teams Required/Other: - Valid Drivers License and reliable own vehicle - High School Diploma/GED - Able to lift 50lbs or more - Able to stand for long periods of time - Perform other duties as requested - Ability to work as a team Background Check Statement: Approval for Hiring is contingent upon successfully passing a background check prior to your Hiring/Acceptance/Offer.
