What You’ll Do: - Clean interior & exterior windows - Perform gutter cleaning and small repairs - Soft wash houses, decks, and patios - Power wash surfaces - Install holiday lights - Provide friendly, professional customer service - Prepare simple estimates and follow up with customers What We Expect: - Attendance and dependability are critical—our customers count on us - Excellent customer service skills - Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Comfortable with ladders (most work is 1–2 stories) - Lift 25 lbs regularly and perform physical work all day - Clean, professional appearance—no facial tattoos while representing the company - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record What You’ll Get: - Pay: After training, up to $23–$25/hr for commission-eligible employees - Weekly pay - Sign-on bonus for qualified hires - Paid on-the-job training—no experience required if you have the right attitude - Company truck for jobs (after training) - Company-supplemented insurance after 60 days (full-time) - Year-round work and growth opportunities Schedule: - Monday–Friday, occasional weekends for high-demand periods or weather make-up days If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to put in a solid day’s work, apply today and join the Cleaning Experts at Rigdon Inc.
