STYLIST We are seeking a passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at TONI&GUY. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences in every salon. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide high quality hair styling services, including cutting, styling, and treatments. - Build secure relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Upsell salon products, such as treatments to benefit your clients’ hair health. - Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a pleasant salon experience. - Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends. - Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation. YOUR REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience as a hair stylist in a busy salon. - Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques is essential - Confident in managing a busy column through organisation. - A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.
