We are looking for experienced tax professionals to join us as seasonal team members and help us make this happen! With multiple office locations across the state of Kansas and one in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, we offer a wide range of interrelated services, including tax, audit, business advisory, wealth management, and consulting services, to a variety of individuals and businesses. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO - Genuinely enjoys tax work (yes, those people exist and we love them!) - Has at least 5 years of public accounting experience - Likes digging into tax issues and figuring out the best path forward - Wants to join us redefine tax season through our Path to 45 journey - Is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prepare (possibly review depending upon experience level) business and individual income tax returns - Identify and research tax issues applicable to client transactions - Help grow other team members by spending time with them and knowledge sharing HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE OFFER - First 15 Reading Program: start your day off right with a book each day for 15 minutes - Get involved with our Wellness Program - Equipment provided
