This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and hospitality, eager to provide outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients. Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries. - Assist clients with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless experience. - Provide information about travel destinations, accommodations, and available services, helping customers make informed decisions. - Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to locate solutions and enhance service delivery. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, travel policies, and company offerings. - Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvements. Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to handle sensitive situations and solve problems effectively. - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
