Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to be the voice of the user in the design of our digital products. About Us We are a group of hackers from Amsterdam that came together to boost digital security of big organisations. We use a hacker-first approach in a revolutionary way, looking at security platforms and leveraging new cloud technologies to achieve unprecedented scalability. This enables us to run 1000+ (ML-based) scans and tests on potentially 1000+ clients in parallel. Thus, providing continuous, real-time insight into the attack surface of our clients and finding critical vulnerabilities that could result in million dollar data breaches or ransomware attacks. What You'll Achieve Lead: Reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Create: You will use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge – to develop both functional and appealing features that address our customer's needs. Make a big impact: You’ll make a foundation difference to building Hadrian as a best-in-class proactive security platform. What You'll Do - Collaborate and work closely with our Product Manager, Development team and the internal/external stakeholders. Together you'll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products. - Be the voice of our customers. You'll have the privilege to translate their needs into user-friendly designs and have direct impact on the customer's user-experience of our product. - Mentor the Product design team. - Your extensive knowledge will allow you to be Hadrian's expert on UX research. What You'll Love - Tight-knit team of brilliant people - Magical workplace in the heart of Amsterdam - Public Transport Card (and a Swapfiets bike) - Snacks, drinks and socials - Hybrid working - Joyful team retreats - Generous stock package Tight-knit team of brilliant people About you - Excellent data visualisation skills. - 8+ years experience on UX/UI design on B2B/SaaS products. - Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. - Master of UX process and toolkit - including but not limited to: - Conducting brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to generate insights. - Improving design strategies together with Product Managers. - Conducting user testing with customers & generating insights for design iteration. - Developing and maintaining user journeys, wireframes, specifications, design systems, and design documents. - Highly skilled in Figma and familiar with Notion and Miro. - A portfolio or a deck that showcases a thoughtful process of UX/UI works of a B2B/SaaS product. - Knowledge on tracking user behavior. - Knowledge on Front-end and Back-end development. - Experience with cross-device design (desktop/tablet/mobile).
