At HousingAnywhere, we’re revolutionizing renting by building a platform that helps people confidently rent a home abroad. Design isn't here to polish screens. It's here to shape the product. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human. As the design owner for one of the most important journeys in our marketplace, you will: <ul> <li>Shape the long-term vision for the search and discovery experience.</li> <li>Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.</li> <li>Use qualitative research, behavioural data, and experimentation to make decisions, not opinions.</li> <li>Define success, measure impact, and continuously improve your solutions.</li> <li>Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful critique and craft.</li> <li>Contribute to our design principles, design system, and the way we build the product.</li> </ul>   Your team Collaborate deeply. You'll work alongside Product, Engineering, Research, and Data as an equal partner to challenge assumptions, validate ideas, and turn ambiguity into a product that genuinely improves people's lives.
