Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in clinical healthcare leadership
- Previous experience working in a global captive center or shared services environment
