As a Business Sales Support Associate, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes and on the front lines—supporting our Corporate Account Executives, Prepaid Sales Representatives, and Direct Sales Team to ensure our business customers receive timely, reliable, and professional service. What You’ll Do - Provide hands-on support to business customers with mobile device setup, troubleshooting, and data transfers. - Assist customers with resolving internet, fax, printing, and telephone service issues. - Replace SIM cards and support device-related needs as required. - Assist with the installation and support of cable modems. - Support customers with billing inquiries, accounts receivable (AR) questions, and issue resolution. - Partner closely with Account Executives to address customer concerns related to products, services, and technical matters. - Deliver bulk device orders and other products alongside Account Executives when needed. - Process prepaid orders and direct sales requests accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with internal teams. - Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in all interactions. - Collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining awareness of your role within the broader department. - Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. - Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and customer retention. What You Bring - A strong customer-service mindset with professionalism and a positive attitude. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - The ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and stay calm under pressure. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Word and Excel. - Experience with MIND Billing is preferred. - Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; additional relevant experience or training preferred. - Ability to interpret information, follow procedures, and resolve issues efficiently. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse corporate customers. - Commitment to safety, security, and company policies. Work Schedule This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility based on department and company needs. Schedule adjustments may be required to support business operations and customer demands.
