POSITION OVERVIEW We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own how ether.fi acquires users. You'll run paid ads, SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization: getting ether.fi recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity), and you'll be judged on one thing: active users at a cost that works. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own paid acquisition end to end: channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding and budget - Build and run our SEO and AEO programs - Source and manage UGC (user-generated content) creators to produce ad creative at volume - Set up the tracking and reporting that ties spend to active users, by channel and by cohort - Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience - You've run SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managed people who did - Ideally you've done this in-house at a fintech; agency experience is fine too - A data background: you're comfortable pulling and analyzing your own numbers - Drive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile.
