Strategic Projects Associate

About the company Our client is a fast-growing technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Run technical delivery projects for external clients, keeping schedules, contributors and internal tooling aligned. Blend project coordination with light scripting and reporting so that operations can grow smoothly. What you'll do - Coordinate client-facing project work, set schedules and make sure deliverables arrive on time. - Create and maintain internal tools, using AI assistants and scripts to automate repetitive workflows and track key figures. - Oversee groups of technical specialists from a range of engineering and data disciplines. - Write technical documentation, project briefs and sample materials for client meetings. - Help shape the product by collecting technical needs, organizing test cycles and following releases. - Review performance figures and set up simple dashboards that show how projects and teams are doing. - Refine processes and put systems in place so operations keep pace with growth. - Act as a point of contact between engineering and research colleagues on day-to-day coordination. Requirements What we're looking for - 0 to 2 years of experience, with a software engineering internship at a reputable company, a degree from a top-20 computer science program, or founding engineer experience. - Formal computer science study and working fluency in at least one programming language. - Comfort using AI tools such as coding assistants. - A strong record of ownership, initiative and seeing projects through to completion. - Comfort in a fast-paced, demanding environment with long hours. - Willingness to work on-site five days a week, plus a half-day or remote on Sundays. - Ability to work in person in San Francisco. Bonus points - Founded a startup or held a leadership role in a prominent university club. - A STEM or other technical degree. Benefits Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year - Equity Location and work model - San Francisco, CA, United States - On-site, 5 days a week in the office, plus half-day or remote on Sundays - Full-time
