Now Hiring: - Servers - Cooks What We Offer: - Competitive weekly pay - Flexible scheduling - Paid training - Employee meal discounts - Growth and advancement opportunities - Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Server Responsibilities: - Provide friendly and attentive guest service - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Ensure guests have a positive dining experience - Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas Cook Responsibilities: - Prepare food according to Denny’s recipes and standards - Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness - Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Support kitchen operations and teamwork during busy shifts Qualifications: - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Restaurant experience preferred, but not required - Flexible availability, including nights and weekends preferred - #LI-DNI Requirements - Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Must possess a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism at all times. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Additional Notes: - Food safety certification is a plus, but training will be provided.
