Medical Records Retriever (Healthcare BPO experience) - Davao

We are looking for Medical Records Retriever to join a fast growing healthcare account in Davao City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities - Request and retrieve intake records from ambulance services and hospitals - Retrieve prior medical records relevant to the case - Track request status and perform timely follow-ups - Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve delays - Maintain organized, chronological record files - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards Requirements - At least HS Graduate old curriculum - 1 year of healthcare experience is required - Medical retrieval experience is preferred - Outbound call experience is preferred - Graveyard shift and shifting schedule (US Account) - Must be willing to work onsite in Davao - Strong understanding of medical terminology - Experience requesting and tracking records from hospitals and large systems - Strong working knowledge of personal injury case flow - Ability to identify missing treatment gaps independently Benefits - Sign-On Bonus - Free HMO - Free Dependents - Night Differential - Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
