Bar Assistant NA-01

This position is located at Eisenhower Hall. This position is Weather Essential.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Major duties: Sets up bars with beverages and condiments prior to opening the bar. Cleans equipment, glasses and utensils and the bar area on a continuing basis. Replenishes supplies as necessary and disposes of waste materials. Unloads and stacks supplies for storage. Prepares simple garnishes. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. No work experience required. 2. Candidates must be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Skill and Knowledge: Recognizes shortages of supplies and replaces them as necessary. Ability to use knives and automatic slicers. Able to serve simple drinks under the close guidance of the Bartender.
