Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking gamers, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have. - Engage with players through multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring high-quality service at all times. - Record player interactions in our CRM system, gathering valuable feedback to help improve our gaming platforms. - Analyze trends in player feedback and gaming interactions to provide insights into product enhancements and player satisfaction. - Work collaboratively with the development team to advocate for player needs and suggest improvements based on feedback. - Stay informed on gaming trends and industry news to maintain meaningful conversations with players. - Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas and insights during team meetings.
