Responsibilities - Provide outstanding support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. - Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues with professionalism and empathy. - Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely and efficient solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and improve overall client experience. - Identify areas for process improvement and actively contribute to discussions to enhance customer support. - Stay updated on product information to provide relevant and accurate details to clients.
