Requirements - Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. - Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential. - Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building. - Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines. - Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture.
