- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve systems and processes
- Maintain professionalism and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Good English skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
- Interest or knowledge of the gaming/digital entertainment industry
- Comfortable working shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to work in an international environment
- Responsible, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
