Front of House Superstar Wanted RUSH Hair & Beauty - Balham Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Balham salon. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience. Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (including weekend work) The Role - Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service - Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule - Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries - Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks - Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area - Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong organisational and time management skills - Friendly, professional, and confident manner - Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage - Availability to work weekends Perks & Benefits - Up to £12.71 per hour - 40% friends and family discount on all hair and beauty services - Up to 20% discount on professional homecare products - 28 days annual leave (pro rata, inclusive of bank holidays) - Clear career progression opportunities including Management, Head Office, Recruitment, Training and more If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a professional salon environment, and are looking to grow your career with an award-winning brand, we would love to hear from you.
